- Trouble-Shooting of any existing pneumatic conveying system.
- New Machine? We provide pre-installation engineering of conveying systems.
- Plant start-up or moving? We provide layout design plans and installation of your pneumatic conveying systems.

Technical Service assists operations with:
- Installation or Supervision of installation of AirTrim's components and systems.
- Training of your employees on system operation and maintenance.
Engineering Study –
- Site visit: reviews existing system performance. Includes system
layout, flow readings, noise levels, amp readings and evaluation of
prime movers and receivers. Written recommendations are provided.
- Site visit: performs machine pre-installation engineering; layout,
system recommendation, and receiver location. Written report provided.
Custom System Design Engineering - Systems are engineered for
your specific application. Design factors include plant layout, purpose
of the system (type of material being conveyed), and location of the
receiver. Additional factors are noise levels and electrical
requirements. Certified Drawings are provided for every system.
Research and Development -
As industries grow and/or mature the need for advanced products
escalates. AirTrim is on the cutting edge with design and fabrication,
having developed and patented the Matrix Removal Process, the
Adjustable Inducer, and most recently the Chopping Diverter. Our
experienced engineers and technicians seek efficient and cost effective
solutions for your applications.
