| System Solutions> Conveying Systems
Conveying systems
are divided into two categories: one conveys the material “in form”,
the other conveys it in pieces. The material type, size, and conveying
speed dictate the system equipment requirements. Either system can be
designed for one or more conveying lines. From a conveying package for
one machine or pick up point to central conveying systems, each is
engineered to your specific requirements and application. Central
Systems can include both blower and material handling fan systems. They
are designed for future expansion so that additional conveying lines
can tie into or be added to the central system.
Blower System
Conveys material “in form” through the
system relatively unchanged to the receiver. The material enters the
intake, passes through an inducer, and arrives at the receiver. Molded
plastic, metal, matrix trim, fabric, or any product that is tear or cut
resistant will travel through a blower system.
Material Handling Fan System
Tears material, like paper, cardboard, tissue, vegetable waste, and log saw cookies, as it passes through the fan blades.
Chopper System
Bulkier, heavier, or larger material types may need to be chopped before going through the material handling fan. Rotating blades within the chopper cut the material into strips or smaller pieces for ease of conveying.

| Central system
conveying mulitple materials features mulitple intakes and uses
blowers with inducers and material handling fans to convery the
material. Note the material is going through the cyclone into either a
baler or diverted to a pulper for reclaiming.

| Conveying Package
An
economical, portable system for conveying material away from its source
to a receiver, usually within 30 feet. It handles material up to 2-1/2”
wide per side and at speeds up to 4000 fpm. The basic package includes
a blower, inducer, intakes, and duct. Optional equipment includes
silencers, fabric separators, and dump carts.
