Air Separators and Cyclones are sized, custom designed, and fabricated for each specific application. The form or shape of the unit depends upon the type and volume of material being conveyed, available space, and the air velocity at which it is being conveyed. Their function is similar in that pneumatically conveyed material and air enter these units for the sole purpose of being separated, the material drops down into a receiver while the conveying air vents out of the system.

Protect your investment from the elements with a weather cover when a separator or cyclone is located outside. The conveying air is returned to the building via a system of duct and louvers. This process saves heat and cooling costs while maintaining building pressure.
